So now I’ve done all the detail stitching and made the hair using the crochet cap method. I used Malabrigo variegated merino wool and bamboo yarn for the hair, and I love the realistic feel and fall it has. I’m so lucky to have a great yarn shop just down the road run by a friend where I can pick up luxury yarn and a good chat. Do take a look, I find special yarn really adds something to a doll:
